CONTEST RULES – Road Trip/Black and Decker
OK, people, listen up! These are the official rules for the Disney on the Cheap prize giveaway! Pay close attention, because if you don’t follow the rules, your entry will be disqualified. Got it?? Good!
General Rules
- Contest is open to the public.
- Must be over age 13 to enter. Age 13-17 must have parent permission to enter.
- Only one entry per person/email address.
- Entries will be accepted until midnight, MDT, on 3/19/09. No late entries will be accepted.
- Drawing will be held Friday, 3/20/09, at a time to be announced.
- Winners will be determined by use of a Random Number Generator, as explained below.
- Winners will be notified by e-mail.
- Relatives, friends, clients or advertisers affiliated with Disney on the Cheap or Black and Decker are not eligible.
How to Enter
- Enter by commenting under the blog post entitled “Launching Our Site….” In the post, include a tip you’d like to share about road tripping.
- All posts must be dated between March 10, 2009, and March 19, 2009.
- Easy as one, two, three…you’re entered!
How the Drawing will be Conducted
- Each entry has an equal chance of winning.
- Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
- Each comment will be assigned a unique number.
- After the entry deadline, the Random Number Generator will be set up to choose a number between 1 and the number representing the total number of entries received.
- The Random Number Generator then will be used to produce the winning number for the prize.
- The winner will be announced on the blog and notified by email on or before March 21, 2009. The winner will then send his home address to disneyonthecheap@gmail.com, which will certify it and send it to the kind people at Black and Decker.
- All decisions are final.
